Job Overview
The Lead Circuit Engineer will take a senior role on the custom layout design team, as a part of a global service team for IC design. In this role you will collaborate in the development of advanced analog integrated circuit designs. You will be working with global teams in developing layout for complex analog and mixed-signal designs and building up capacities of our local team in Vietnam. You will also be working to explore new, ground-breaking technologies and play a part in the documentation and support of those technologies.
Job Responsibilities
1. Define analog and mixed signal circuit modules, as well as formulation of technical specifications and detailed design plans;
2. Design Analog and mixed signal circuit, simulation verification and subsequent testing related work;
3. Guide layout planning and design.
4. Lead the Analog Layout Design team, mentor Junior Layout Design Engineers when the project need arises
5. Collaborate with global teams (Southeast Asia, China)
Qualifications
1. Priority will be given to those with work experience in well-known overseas companies;
2. Solid knowledge of analog circuits, proficient in the design of conventional analog circuits OPAMP/ADC/BGR/PLL/LDO, etc.;
3. Proficient in the design of one or more high-speed interfaces (DDR/MIPI/Ethernet/PCIE/SATA, etc.);
4. Experience in design and tape-out based on Finfet nodes is preferred;
5. Ability to work independently and teamwork awareness;
6. Excellent problem-solving skill, strong communication and organizational skills
7. Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys building up a team from scratch
8. Fluency in English, Chinese speaking is optional but a plus.
